A year old, Affection to Rent’s unique brand of grunge fuses dark winding vocal melodies with a warm wash of nostalgia. Fontaines D.C. hand chose frontwoman Abbey Addenbroke-Sheriff for their scholarship, for which she moved to Ireland from her home near Bristol to Pursue. “She’s brilliant – it’s exciting to hear such raw talent,” Carlos O’Connell, Guitarist of Fontaines D.C. for NME.
