Waterford band ‘A Lethal Black Ooze’ formed in 2020. Following the national lockdown in Ireland, the band released their debut single ‘I Like to Feel Alright’ and self-titled EP ‘A Lethal Black Ooze’ in late ‘22 and ‘23 respectively to much critical acclaim, adding the finest in crushed broken tunes to Ireland’s celebrated music scene.
Throughout 2023 the band played a string of shows around the country opening and sharing the stage with bands such as Melts, Autre Monde, Onion Boys, Chinese Football, Bad Hands, Nerves and many more.
The band featured on IMRO’s ‘My City, My Soundtrack’ series and were covered extensively on radio play and Irish music media around the island.
