my name is Alias Irish .im a start not at the begining because there is too much I will start when I first started to get into writing raps, it was 1995,april to be excact, my big brother got shot down in the street, on barracks street in cork ireland.he was 35, I was 16, I adored my brother as I adore all my family,family is where we drive at our best to succeed.at the time my brother got murdered I was listening to a lot of hiphop, east and west coast stuff, the storys in their songs resonated with what I was going through so I decided I would try to write rap songs as it was the only way I could vent my anger, I found to my surprise it helped me in my struggle to deal with my life as I was seeing it with my own eyes, I grew up in a big household, with 4 brothers and six sisters.I'm doing this hiphop music since 1995 and since then ive never looked back.ive done gigs with the likes of souls of mischief and jurrasic 5 and ive done shows all over ireland,i havent realy put myself out there till now because the life I see makes me kinda go into myself and write.my music is a reflection on what I see in society every day,past,present and future.as a proud irish man we are impervious to struggle and knowledge seeps from our pours, I hope you get where im coming from and enjoy my music, I put my blood sweat and soul into my craft....one love..
