Having toured Europe, UK and Ireland over the last 3 years, more is on the horizon as Conor Scott sets out to build momentum.
A distinctive Belfast brogue, with dulcet tones and heart-wrenching chants and pulsating guitar rhythms. The 29 year old singer/songwriter thrives within the Indie-Folk-Rock spectrum and is most definitely an act to catch live. Either standing solo with just an acoustic guitar resonating the emotive release of his balladic infused jams or with full band capturing a complete sonic & visual representation of infectious grooves and transcendental singalongs. "I saw him live at Output Belfast and he blew me away” - Gemma Bradley, BBC Radio 1 Introducing.
Latest EP "Life Now" received praise both home and abroad, with Isolation-styled video for single "Overthinking" premiering on Hot Press Magazine & RTE 2FM. Clash Music Magazine - "The hotly tipped Northern Irish riser has a gentleness of touch that is enrapturing, twisting singer-songwriter tropes to his own ambitions."
After an extensive run of shows opening for Ryan McMullan in Ireland, UK & Europe (sold out shows at 3Olympia, Waterfront Hall x2 and Islington Assembly Hall) as well as Hudson Taylor, Somebody’s Child & Beoga, Conor embarked on a debut headline Irish & UK tour in Spring 2022 culminating in a triumphant sold out hometown show in Belfast's Ulster Sports Club.
Since then, Conor has focused on what has been needed to further develop his career in the best way possible. However, personal circumstances resulted that a hiatus in releasing music, performing and online activity needed to be taken throughout 2023, leading to mutually parting ways with management and other team members. Now the time has come to start anew, reinvigorated and motivated as a fully independent driven artist ready to elevate and showcase his craft to the world.
