Eve Whelan

Eve began writing her original songs from an early age, but began to release them to the world in her teens. Eve’s songs are written from the heart, drawing inspiration from personal experience and her interaction with the world around her. She has performed her original music at a number of festivals and events including Other Voices of UCC, When Next We Meet, Clonmel Junction Arts Festival, Summer in the City Waterford, and Culture Night 2024 in Clonmel, where she joined the bill alongside renowned Irish band Houseplants. She was a recipient of the Dónal (Doc) Gleeson award from the music department at UCC, based on her performance of her original songs. Eve is currently focused on writing new original music and completing her music degree in Waterford.
