Both my Cello and I are German (don't say I didn't warn you!) I started playing when I was 6 and spent 10 years in a classical music school in Germany. Playing in the orchestra and with different chamber music groups put the icing onto my daily musical cake.

But only when I came to Ireland did I discover a world beyond the classical sheet music forest!

I started recording and gigging with Dave Couse in 2007 and within a very short time I had to learn to improvise and arrange music. I haven't been the same since (for the better!) and have done work with Briana Corrigan, Pugwash, Maire Digan and many others in the meantime.

In 2009 my friend Marion Marzanasco and I founded, almost unintentional, a cabaret duo called MARZANE MEETS CROCODILE.
