Ghost Office

Ghost Office are a post-punk band from Belfast who combine minimalist musicianship with maximalist lyrics, and, thus, the mantra "less is more" with a philosophy of excess and redundancy. This, one of the many paradoxes that plague the minds of the three-piece. Some say they make it work, others bottle them off stage. They also say that art is at its best when it divides.

The band have released two five track EPs in their short lifespan - Least Resistance (2016) and Desire Lines (2017) - with the latter receiving a premiere on The Thin Air's website, with an accompanying piece describing Ghost Office as Belfast's "most promising post-punk prospect". The band have received airtime on BBC's Electric Mainline and Across the Line. Off the back of their biggest gig to date - supporting Belfast's Girls Names for their album launch in The Black Box - Ghost Office plan to return to the studio to release more music in the coming months, as well as embarking on a UK/Ireland tour.
