Ken O'Neill is a singer/songwriter from Ashbourne, Co. Meath. After playing on the pub scene all over the world in places like England, Germany, America and as far as New Zealand for ten years, he began his career with his original music in 2009. He has rapidly progressed and gained recognition in the Irish music scene with intimate performances around the country including Electric Picnic, Whelans (Dublin), Campbells (Galway), The Arts Centre (Wexford), to name but a few.
Ken's unique style of music with a soft touch of Pop, Alternative Country in mind and a hard edge of early Rock'n'Roll combines with influences such as Bob Dylan, Jeff Tweedy, Ryan Adams and Lennon.

ken released his debut E.P. "here comes another night" in July of 2011 and had a successful tour in Ireland Germany Austria and Czech Republic. He went on to win Heyday songwriting competition and performed at the Mic Christopher tribute night in Vicar street alongside artists such as Mary Janes Glen Hansard Paddy Casey and Mike Scott (The Waterboys). After they became acquainted on that occasion he also supported Mundy at a recent Ireland date kens long anticipated debut album is set for release in the summer of 2012.
