Køpe (Pronounced 'Cope') is the solo project of Mullingar native, Peter Whelan.
The 23 year old moved to Dublin to study and pursue his aspirations of being a solo artist.

Embracing melodic pop whilst combining reflective lyrics with a soulful and distinctive voice, Køpe writes about personal experiences and the intricacies of human connection, inviting listeners into a realm where vulnerability intertwines with resilience.

Inspiration lies behind Artists such as Dermot Kennedy, Sam Fender and Del Water Gap.
After Køpe's stellar headline show last year, he continues to work on single releases whilst locking in support slots around Dublin and his hometown, prior to his next headline show.
