Lain is a singer, songwriter, producer from Dublin Ireland who writes synthpop/electronic music.
After graduating from University College Dublin with a music degree Lain continued his studies at Trinity College Dublin in the area of Music Technology. Building on already broad musical influences it was here he was exposed to a wider range of musical styles - from Contempory/Classical to electronica, techno and beyond. These influences still inspire his songwriting today.
His style and lyrics are at times upbeat and life affirming while at others deeply reflective of life’s everyday challenges. Never afraid to touch on challenging topics Lain's music explores love and loss, inspiration and desire, loathing and self-affirmation.
