Lexus Monroe started writing her own rhymes when she was 14 and started looking for and creating her own sound.
She was inspired by the female rapper E.V.E, Queen Latifah, and Missy Elliott, but she also says that Evanescence contributed to her art and who she is today.
By the age of 16, Lexus Monroe started performing her talent all over Dublin and opening concerts for artists, one of them being 2Face Ibidia.
Also, during her performances in Dublin, she was able to meet Akon, American Rapper Coolio, and many others.
In 2023, Lexus Monroe was on BBC INTRODUCING, on the ATL documentary about NI Finest hiphop artist in Northern Ireland and she was the only female rapper representing Nothern Ireland out of 35+ artists involved in the NI Finest Mixtape by Hotbox Entertainment.
She's also going to be featured on a documentary called "The Rise of Hip Hop in Northern Ireland" that's going to live on BBC and other TVs network all over uk in 2024
