Lisa Murray is an artist and music producer from Meath. Her self-produced pop music is packed to the brim with relatable lyrics, hooky melodies, unique synth sounds, ear candy, and luscious vocal stacks.
Lisa has spent the last two years experimenting with a variety of musical styles, from electronic production to stripped back ballads and angsty pop-rock breakup songs. Through this, she has seen phenomenal growth as an artist and producer. Her most recent tracks “Peter Pan” and “Never Be the Same” are a cut above anything else she has produced.
Lisa has been making waves in the Irish music scene since her single ‘i unfollowed u’ struck a chord with listeners due to its universal theme of unfollowing an ex on social media after a breakup. The track reached over 3 million impacts on Irish radio, and landed her spots in the top 200 Irish Shazam Chart, the top 10 Irish Radio Breakers Chart and had her hailed as ‘one to watch’ by Spin 1038. Her following single ‘if i ever see you again’ generated the same hype, being praised by national radio station iRadio as their iLoveIrish Track of the Month and featured on national press including The Sunday Independent Life Magazine.
Lisa thrives on stage. She has graced stages on both sides of the Atlantic. In 2022 she performed at Powerstation in New York for the She Knows Tech Summit. She has supported artists such as Bobbi Arlo at The Grand Social and AILSHA at The Workman’s Club.
2024 is already off to an exciting start for Lisa, having been longlisted as Self Producing Artist of the Year at the Music Producer’s Guild Awards for her production on her debut EP “Empty Heart”, and performing alongside Carron and EFÉ at The Workman’s Club on March 8th as part of their International Women’s Day celebration.
