A Belfast Born, Glasgow living singer songwriter, Mima Merrow's music is a unique blend of alternative folk; her subtle Belfast accent peeking through wistful piano lines and dynamic sonic builds. Influenced by that which is ancient in our landscapes, elements and bodies, her thoughtful lyricism is held together by intimacy, pain and stories to challenge her listeners.
Her debut EP, Good Grief, was released 4th December 2020 and received great reviews:
‘startling first taster’.’ Tom Robinson, BBC Radio 6 Music, The BBC Introducing Mixtape.

‘I cannot praise this highly enough, this might be my track of the year.’ Postcards from the Underground
