MITCH

MITCH were founded in 2015, when Jack O’Flaherty and Andrew Smyth, students at DCU, began writing songs in Smyth’s College Flat, “Glenbrook”. Keith Farrell, a former bandmate of O’Flaherty’s joined on lead guitar for a gig at the flat in February 2016, After hearing the three perform at this party, James McDonald, Smyth’s roommate joined on Drums. Promoting themselves by playing at house parties and student flats MITCH quickly grew a following with students of Dublin Colleges.

The band’s D.I.Y. attitude and anthemic, hell-raising choruses have quickly made them a force to be reckoned with on the Irish music scene. Their Debut EP, “HOTSINGLESINYOURAREA” is due for release on November 1st.
