NERVES

Nerves are a noise band hailing from Mayo and Wicklow, currently based in Dublin.
The band released their debut EP Glórach in 2024, a project that blends industrial soundscapes, noiseier elements of shoegaze and punk, drone and samples from old Irish media throughout.
2024 was a year of firsts for the band, having played their first festivals including Electric Picnic, Left of the Dial (NL), Rituel 111 (FR), Other Voices and embarked on their first tour of Europe.
They have supported bands such as The Jesus Lizard, Gurriers, Maruja, Sprints, Talk Show and Deadletter.
In 2025 the band plan to release their second EP, a distillation of what came beforehand.
Nerves have built a reputation as one of the best live acts in the country, with electric energy, devastating volume and an ability to pull always the audience into the fray.
