Savage Hearts

The Savage Hearts were formed in 2022 by Evan Walsh, former member of prominent Irish rock 'n' roll band The Strypes, who from 2012-2019 toured the world both as support act for Arctic Monkeys, Liam Gallagher and Blur as well as their own sell-out headline tours, made notable appearance on the David Letterman show and Later with Jools Holland and legendary festivals such as Glastonbury and Fuji Rock. Now Evan has brought together a whole new line-up of friends and collaborators to form The Savage Hearts - a garage/psych/punk-influenced project in honour of mysterious Cavan rock 'n' roll hero Eddie Cruizer. In the last 12 months alone The Savage Hearts have released three No. 1 singles on the Irish Download Singles Chart, toured heavily around Ireland and the UK (including support slots with The Boomtown Rats, The Undertones & Jerry Fish) appeared at festivals including Electric Picnic and Sea Sessions and made their celebrated London debut at legendary venues Gaz's Rockin' Blues Soho and the Dublin Castle Camden. Now with an even bigger year of touring, recording and releases lined up The Savage Hearts are only getting started - EDDIE CRUIZER RULES O. K.
