St. Laurence's NS

The St. Laurence's Carol was written by two 6th class pupils, Kathleen Bevan and Eva Kennedy who composed the chorus and wrote the lyrics. The music was then arranged by the school's choir director, Miss Niamh McCaughey. The St. Laurence's Carol came about when a parent mentioned to the principal how much her daughter and her friend enjoyed participating in the choir and composing songs. The principal encouraged them to compose a Chrismtas carol and this was the end result.
St. Laurence's are so proud of the girls and the whole choir!
