The Avalanche Effect

Cemented together from the rubble of several local bands, The Avalanche Effect have emerged as Bary Ronayne and Jonathan Pearson on guitars, Frank O Connell on bass, singer Steve Geaney and Cian Heffernan on drums.

Their debut ep, "Do you Think They Can Hear Us?", recorded in Data Recording Studios by Ross O Donovan (Waiting Room, Hooray For Humans), was released in the summer of 2008 to positive reviews. The band traversed the country twice in support of the ep and have been slowly making a name for themselves nationally.

Currently on a self imposed break before starting work on their next release, The Avalanche Effect will be hitting stages all around the country from September.
