Over the past 10 years, and across 3 acclaimed albums, Dublin-based band The Crayon Set have specialised in creating infectious, expertly-crafted alternative pop songs

Their latest release 'Downer Disco' is their strongest album to date filled with their trademark hooks & dual girl-boy vocal interplay - this time with some added synth & electronic goodness

Downer Disco was made Album of the Week by Dan Hegarty (2FM), Tom Dunne (Newstalk), John Keane (KCLR FM), Rob O'Connor (Beat FM) amongst others with single 'Moment' picking up support on BBC Radio 6 Music. Single 'Summer Song' was remixed by renowned producer Gui Boratto (Pet Shop Boys, Massive Attack, Goldfrapp). Their music has also featured on a number of film and TV soundtracks. Latest single 'Love is a Real Place' was playlisted by Spotify

The Crayon Set are an exciting, high energy live act and have played many of Ireland's top venues & festivals including Other Voices, Indiependence, Electric Picnic, Vantastival and Ireland Music Week. They have also supported high-profile artists including most recently Teenage Fanclub.
