Formed in the summer of 2013 when four musicians from Thurles began jamming with one intention, to make music they loved to play. Funky driving bass lines and blues guitar riffs combined with grooving beats and versatile keyboard melodies provide the perfect platform for unique catchy vocal melodies.

Having spent much of their first year writing material 'The Flow Theory' burst onto the local scene this summer with slots locally supporting national acts as well as showcase nights around their home county.
