The soundtrack to your quarter life crisis.

Trinkets are a 5 - Piece, who formed in 2022. Based in Dublin, Trinkets are a new energetic band already defining themselves through a sense of melancholy, vulnerability and honest lyricism, addressing topics that many begin to face in their twenties and using that as inspiration to characterise the group's music.

The sound of the band draws upon many influences from indie groups of the early 80s, all the way to modern pop, folk, electronic and hip hop music.

Trinkets have performed in venues all over Dublin and played their first festival in july 2023 at Forest Fest.

Trinkets released their first Single 'Blue' in January 2023 with a sold out launch in Whelan's upstairs. The band have gone on to release three more singles in 2023, They have been featured on radio multiple times, on stations such as BBC Northern Ireland, RTE Radio one, Fm104, Dublin city FM and Near FM . The band made it onto RTE Radio one recommends playlist for 3 weeks in a row with their second Single ‘Lucy’. Their most recent Double A - side release ' Playing It Shy & Juniper' ' also secured a Spot on the RTE Radio one recommends playlist with 'Playing It Shy'.

2024 is shaping up to be momentous year for the band as they work on recording and releasing they're debut EP later this year.
